We were so close. The home was perfectly appointed and had little extras everywhere. Things other VRBO's have left one of, like garbage bags, were stocked. Extra towels were available too. Only thing we Floridians could have asked for was a bit warmer temp. We wanted to use the back deck, but it was too chilly. Easy to get in and out. Locks even automatically locked behind you. Awesome security feature. I am sure had we needed anything Phyllis would have been there to help. Her responses to questions wrre always quick. The neighborhood was quiet. The only problem we encountered was the tv in the basement wouldn't play without a password that we weren't given. It was not a big problem because we didn't watch a lot of tv, but it would have been nice to use it when we tried. Once inside, we found it to be dreamy. There were snacks left for us and the house was amazing. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our family of 7\. I loved the bathrooms. They were very recently updated and everything there was so n point. The neighborhood felt safe but was also in a perfect location. We had no complaints or suggestions. This was the most perfect vacation we ever have taken. Definitely don’t skip over this one.
