The first night I stayed, the fbi had the property surrounded. I had no clue what was happening so i was terrified as i was alone. 2nd night, someone kept going down the halls trying to open doors. I had to wedge my refrigerator in front of the door just to try and get a little nap. Every entrance had herds of people blocking the doors while they smoked. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER FOR A SINGLE FEMALE!

It’s been an amazing experience! Me and my children have been staying here for almost a month and on and off before that. And each time it’s just been so amazing! I first tried red roof and motel 6 because they was a little cheaper. But then I realized why it was cheaper! Ever since I started staying here at WoodSprings I WONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This is the best hotel for the price we get! The new manager is absolutely amazing! Cheri, Megan and maddie are all amazing women! Down to earth, respectful, and really just all around good hearted people. I can go on and on about what I love about this place. It would be easier to tell you what I didn’t like because that’s a super shorter list lol. Only thing I don’t like is the slow elevator hahaha! But like I said I just absolutely love it here! The rooms are perfect size, the beds are comfortable! The staff are amazing. I haven’t seen ANY bugs inside not once! The employees always make sure if someone is found hanging around outside that they either have a room or reservation here or they ask them to leave. So it’s definitely a safe place. You won’t find a bunch of people hanging out unless it’s people who stay here and they go out to smoke because they are non smoking rooms. But there’s never any drama, it’s truly like a big community. I absolutely love it here. I know my kids are safe here. I won’t stay anywhere else now that I’ve found this one!

Room was mostly clean. Bed not the most comfortable. Very limited WiFi. Can only use on one device. You can pay to upgrade WiFi. Mostly long term residential building. Offered to pay for late check out but was told was fully booked up. Checked there website and showed rooms of my type available. I won’t say I’ll never stay here again, but it is not high on my list. Staff was friendly.

The staff was kind & helpful, the room was just basic but clean. There was a lot of loitering around the entrance when we checked in and a lot of activity at night in the parking lot that didnt seem all that safe.

The hotel itself was fine and the staff were great when they were there. I wish it would have been mentioned in the booking that the office closed at night. We arrived for a late check in and had to call an office for them to then call the night guy for him to then come to the desk. He was great, I just wish he was there all the time. Same thing when our keys stopped working, had to call and wait to get into our room. Keys also quit working almost daily. The room itself was great, plenty of space, everything worked as it should and I loved having a full sized sink and fridge. I just wish the keys worked all the time and the staff were easier to get ahold of. Everything smelled lightly of smoke too, allegedly there's no smoking allowed in or near the building, but there were butts everywhere.

Roaches. Staff makes up the check out time everyday. Some days the say late fee between 11-1 sometimes you hae until 11:30. One time she said "come on! i have things to do" the only clean the rooms every two weeks, but the cleaing guy will bang on your door at 9 in the morning on a sunday ,not give you but 3 seconds to answer just to as if you need towels. But not every day or at the same time he does this, so its random an alarming everytime. You cant get anything afterhours except check in or replaced card which is $10. Its just annoying to stay here and on top of everything ROACHES!!!!!!

We were not able to check in. Sing on front desk said to call number to have someone check you. No one would pick up the phone. No one would check us in. This is absolutely ridiculous and my payment should absolutely be refunded!!!

Our 1st stay in any Woodspring Suites- My husband and I stayed for over a week and didn't had 1 issue. The staff is professional and compassionate, housekeeping stays busy and very nice, maintenance is on top of things and stays busy as well and the people we met have all been very nice. We know where to go if ever needed in the future.
