I booked hotel and they send me confirmation after I was notified that they don’t have room for my family available and ask to contact Expedia for refund. So far no one refunded me my money!

The breakfast constantly ran out of eggs / meat / etc. The room had many poorly repaired walls, toilet seat was broken and the handset for the door was not properly seated. Issues were reported to the front desk and I was told that nothing could be done because the repairman does not work during the weekend.

Basically pretty nice, staff was great, friendly Pool was questionable, water was warm, no filtration running, super cloudy(couldn't see the bottom) but smelled of chlorine so assumed it was ok

Newly built property with a young staff. It was right where I needed it to be with the extras I sought (indoor pool, hot tub, complimentary breakfast). The hotel is above average in all categories.

The hotel was clean and nice and served its purpose for breaking up our road-trip and getting some sleep. The check-in was quite hectic, there were issues with finding my reservation, the number of rooms on my reservation, getting the key cards to work and the process took quite some time to complete.

My family and I had to wait for 1 1/2 hour to check in. According to the front desk receptionist the system wasn’t working and she was always being kicked out. After 1 1/2 she was able to check us in but could not get us the key card to our room. She had to come with us and open it with her key card. Never experienced something so stressful.

I had to clean the room when we got in. The bathroom counter and shower was nasty. I took pictures, plus the pool filter was on all weekend and it was so nasty. I asked and the staff said there wasn’t they could or would do about it.

Came to town for Railbird festival. First of all we arrived at 4 am and they still let us check in no issues. We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was really good. The staff was super friendly. My only complaint is that housekeeping never came in the 4 days so we had to go to the front to ask for towels.
