Theresa was extremely helpful with getting us and the rest of our party checked in even though we were early. She was also very helpful in fulfilling our request to use the breakfast room to plan a future vacation. The lady working in the breakfast room was also very helpful.

I rarely share negative reviews as I understand most properties try their best, and I don’t expect perfection. But, we paid over $300 for a jacuzzi suite, so our expectations were a bit higher. So, when I pulled out the extra blanket provided and saw a large stain which appeared to be feces, I was disgusted. Apparently the blanket had been washed and when I spoke to the front desk was told, they most likely had tried to remove the stain and couldn’t, so they just put the blanket back in the room. There was hair in the jacuzzi tub, and only 4 small pillows were provided for the large king bed, plus one additional for the pull out sofa. Also, when I spoke to the front desk clerk and asked for some sort of refund seeing as I had paid $300 for a room with a feces soiled blanket, he was surprised that I would even ask that. He told me that because I booked through Expedia there was nothing he could do. So, although he represented the hotel that I, the customer, was staying in, he couldn’t help me? I didn’t even mention the dirty tub or lack of pillows to him. I figured a poop stained blanket would be enough. I have paid much less for much nicer, cleaner rooms. We were extremely disappointed, especially for what we paid and with no compensation for a poor product. One plus, the breakfast was good!

There is not a negative thing to say about our stay here. The parking was convenient. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great.

A gorgeous hotel in a nice location. Relatively clean and a nice place to stay if you happen to come acrossed this gem. Complementary breakfast and cookies were great.
