Very disappointed that our king suite room came stocked with the usual 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and ONLY 2 large towels. We checked in on Friday and thought the room would have been made up while we were gone Saturday and towels would at least be replenished. When we returned to room we saw no one had come so I called the front desk and was told rooms do not get made up every day, which fine they should have told us that upon checking the day before. She also told me if I needed towels I needed to come to the front desk to get them myself. I went to the front desk and the 2 ladies working Saturday 4/11 at 5:00 treated me like I was the problem when I asked why only 2 towels were given for our room and they told me 2 towels is standard. We are Hilton honors members and have never stayed in a Hilton that only have 2 towels or had staff treat me as though I was supposed to be thankful they were there. Very poor service with an attitude. Room was spacious and clean, but the staff here needs to treat their customers with respect.
