Fully furnished Charming whole flat to be rent, the flat is located in one of the nicest areas in Lima, Surco - Monterrico, which is a distinguish and modern district in Lima, we have in the near it a very fashion Mall (the "Jockey Plaza Mall" ) as well as many banks, Gourmet Restaurants, shop markets
Also a few blocks away you will find the American Embassy, plus also a few minutes away you will find the best Universitys in Lima, like "the UPC University, the Lima University, the Ricardo Palma University and the CEPAL Institut
It is an one bedroom apartment (with a double bed) a kitchen, a bathroom, a living and a dinning room, (50 m2)
It is a ground floor flat, the whole flat will be at your dispositon for the time you rent it, (short and long rental terms possible)
