"The setting was storybook, the host was warm, welcoming and communicative. The bed was a dream and the breakfast was beautiful. The fresh OJ and jams were our favorite. We would love to return when back in Amsterdam. Thank you! Bus is about a 8-10 minute walk City center ranged from 38-55 minutes"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, leider das Wetter nur an zwei Tagen so schön, dass man die gemütliche Sitzgruppe draussen geniesen konnte. Frau Jacobs hat sich um alle kleine Problem (Gasherd) sehr nett gekümmert, (Bedienvideo und telefonische Hilfe). Das Chalet ist sehr gepflegt und sauber, kleinere Reparaturen werden aber in Zukunft gemacht werden müssen. Auch der Campingplatz in Petten, auf dem das Chalet steht bietet mit dem Spielplatz und dem Schwimmbad im Sommer viel Spass für...

"Communication with Belvilla (is landlord) exhausting. Good nice little house with 4 bedrooms. Clean and good price. Takes about 1 hour by bus to go everywhere in Amsterdam. Busline 199 2 minutes walk. We had a nice stay with 5 adults (2 couples)"

"See the posting above, plus: The only less positive point is, the house is sort of poorly soundproofed. But as all other aspects are really good, that wasn't actually important. The owner is very friendly and helpful!"

"Ein gemütliches kleines Häuschen mit allem notwendigen Interieur und ordentlicher Ausstattung. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit kurzfristig ansprechbereit und sehr bemüht um ihre Gäste. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen, es gab nur 4 deutsche TV-Programme aber das ist fast schon zu banal um es zu erwähnen. Danke an die Gastgeberin Petra"

"Die Sauberkeit des Ferienhauses ließ zu wünschen übrig, sonst war das Haus schön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sprach aber kein deutsch. Wir hatten um einen Late Check out gebeten, dieses war nur für maximal 2 stunden möglich und sollte 35,- € kosten!!! Wir sind daher einen Tag früher abgereist um uns den Stress am frühen Morgen zu ersparen!"

Heerlijke serre aan de woning, riante tuin rondom vakantiehuis, met goede tuinmeubelen en vrij uitzicht, eigen parkeerplaats. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Bergen en omgeving, dorp, duinen en strand alles op fietsafstand. Ingang duinwandelgebied om de hoek. Attente gastvrouw die...

"I easily found that i paid much more than the normal way if i book directly from the website of De Rijp. In my booking, Homeaway, Belvilla and Resort de Rijp, three party have been involved. I book the house through homeaway, but actually it is booked with Belvilla also not with de Rijp. The final service is provided by de Rijp not by Belvilla. In my first booking, i reserved 5 adults but can come with 4 adults and 1 child. The operation model between Homeaway, Belvilla, and de Rijp clearly...
