“Really wonderful place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.”

“My first time in a completely digital hotel. No staff anywhere. It was a little weird and i much prefer to deal with humans, however everything worked out great for me to get into my room. The room was very nice and clean with my own bathroom. The location was great, right in the middle of Plagwitz. Cafés and shopping right by the hotel. Bars and nightlife down the street. Walking along the beautiful canal. Did not take advantage of breakfast or parking but it was nice to have that as an option.”

“Very nice breakfast!”

“The best!”

“I booked this hotel because it was close to friends I was visiting. My husband and I had been here before and had really liked it. The single room was small but very efficient and had all amenities that I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The staff went over and beyond when I left some clothes hanging in the closet of my room. I needed them for a cruise that I was going on, and they shipped them to my new destination within one day. Not many hotels would have done this, it was really……

“Although the facility was clean and well maintained, I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with the staff at the front desk. Initially, I had booked and paid a room for two persons in separate beds. However, when we arrived I found that the room was very small for that. So, we requested a second room for the other member. They had availability and they provided with one and received pay for one night with a security credit provided too. The next morning we requested the staff at……

“This stay was a great experience — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.”

“It was so central and the staff were delightful. The room was small but it was perfectly nice and it was an easy stay all round.”
