“When we checked in, there was nobody at the front desk for a while, the chairs look old and dirty, there is no electrical plug near the end table and no coffee maker. ”

“Room was clean and modern decor but parking lot, out buildings , lobby was pretty sketch.”

“The property was in poor condition they advertised a swimming pool on their website they do not have a swimming pool the room that they gave me the phone did not work the microwave did not work and the refrigerator did not work we asked to be moved to another room they could not do that the place was not very clean and kept up at all”

“When you first walk into the building you can smell a very potent smell. Your cant put your finger on it to what it is, but it is bad. We stayed there before and had no problems less than a year ago, but now we got a room, there is a whole in the ceiling, mold all over the bath tub, stains on the sheets and pillows, the dresser handle was halfway off, and the chain lock on the door was broken off.”

“Staff who assigned to the breakfast buffet was wonderful. She was attentive, kept the provisions replenished at a timely manner and kept the area clean. It was good that continental breakfast was available for those with very early flights, However, I have stayed at other Fairfield properties and the breakfast selections are more extensive.
