“Coffee was horrible, one day no coffee at 7:45am, eggs were cold, staff was rude. Tiles in bathroom were loose.
Old building not well maintained.
We have to go to Chisago a couple more times and will definitely get hotel closer to MinneapolisWould rather drive 45 minutes than stay there again.”

“Our room was ready and clean. Staff provided extra towels for us.
The disappointment was that although we were told breakfast was available starting at 6:30 am, there was nothing other than overnight coffee available at 7 am. Using the phone for contact in the common area meant the phone rang multiple times without anyone answering it.”

“The air conditioner and electrical outlet in bathroom didn’t. He was very pleasant and got us an upgraded room. You can see that they are working on upgrading the facility, the exterior leaves a lot to be desired. Poor signage so was difficult to find. Drove past a few times. Not much for breakfast. I’m willing to give them another try in hopes of improvements.”
