“Filthy carpets, loud refrigerator, extension cords Latin on the roof outside the trim window. Pool not usable.”

“Troubles unlocking room door. The manager is remote, but a friend of manager who was staying at the lodge reached out to him who remotely unlocked our door. Room was small, two plastic chairs to sit on besides the bed. Appeared clean. Figured out ac unit. Nice tv.. A few nice decorations on walls Bathroom very small. Shower is approximately 2 1/2’ square. My travel companion who is 6’1” barely fit and couldn’t turn around. The shower liner was stained and dirty. Would have liked information……

“Place was amazing. Very well decorated and comfy and the bathroom amazing! The rooftop bar was excellent and right across from our room. Glad we got to celebrate you’re 1 year Anniversary, that was a nice surprise. Communication was excellent. Thank you again! Definitely will come back and stay here.”

“I was very disappointed with our stay. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia, which was very misleading. Our room key only worked about half the time, causing constant issues when trying to get into our room. We had three women staying in the room, so we needed extra towels, shampoo, and conditioner. When we requested more, we were told we needed to bring the empty shampoo and conditioner bottles to the front desk before receiving replacements. I have never been asked to do that……

“Rooms did not appear as they were marketed in pictures. However with the marketing you will book it at the cheap rate available, only to arrive and see the place is not as expected . Only to be told your booking is non-refundable....Rooms, common areas, and exterior in shameful amounts of disrepair. Front desk staff was there, but just watching TV the whole time. Would not recommend.”

“The cabin was nice. Very clean and had all that was explained with the exception of WIFI and TV. I was not able to put in my time for work as there was no WIFI as we were told. When I inquired about it, I was told that the owner had to go to a new internet and the signal must not have been strong enough. I missed out on a day of work because of this. Other than that, the stay was nice.”
