The service was great, good breakfast options and the rooms are very stylish!

Clean, quiet. Near shopping, food, etc. The pool was a bit cold and the water was not clear. Hot tub needs some work.

The hotel was great. The room was excellent, clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great. We cross country skied, and visited the ice castle in Stillwater.

Great location for us. Staff is excellent as are the restaurants. Our favorite hotel in that area.

Everything was super convenient, quiet and and clean! Felt safe due to locked front doors. Great accommodations. Would definitely stay there again and planning to. Kickback is really nice.

Beautiful property and amazing helpful staff

If you are doing an event at the Xcel, you cannot get a better place. Valet parking, nice rooms with a view and walking distance to any cuisine or beverages you would like to try as well as basically across the street from the event center.

Heat in our room didn’t work so had to move to a different one otherwise the hotel was clean, pool great, staff friendly. GRE At location.

The staff were soooo nice! Super accommodating. The hotel was very clean and smelled really good. Rooms were nice, drinks were good. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel - Very close to airport but did not hear planes at any time. Extremely clean and comfortable.

Very gluten free friendly they had several options for breakfast. Including bread and bagels. Their small shop also had several gf food items. My daughter and I are celiac. Very thankful for these options.

The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Apartment sized refrigerator/freezer had plenty of room. The hot breakfast was amazing. Only an easy 5 minute walk to the Mall of America and the train station. My only complaint was that I had to fly out too early on my last day that I had to smell the delicious breakfast cooking, but had to leave before I could enjoy it.

I’m always nervous staying at hotels out of town because you just never know the conditions your walking into. So when we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a big hello from the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. We checked in late so the staff gave us food options in the area. That was helpful. We walk into our room AND IT WAS CLEAN!!!! Honestly the pictures on their website really do the room no justice!! It’s an interesting old building with cool decor. Rooms are comfortable, staff is always nice and bar is great. Nice breakfast with many options.
