Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful.

We enjoyed the breakfast a lot. We have never stayed anywhere with such an awesome meal. The staff with the exception of 1 bad egg was awesome, very accommodating!! The entire Hotel ROCKED!!!! We are definitely going to be staying again!!!! The owner of this hotel is a very kind gentleman and very understanding. He takes a lot of pride in his hotel.

Excellent hotel for the best price in the area! This is my 2nd time staying here and I will be going back here next time. The hotel was clean and well kept. All of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was Good with plenty of options. I had a suite with two queen beds and not one complaint! The pool area with the hot tub is nice. Great hotel that is perfect for the business traveler or your family.

The waterslide was a lot of fun. The pool is a bit cold though. The beds are super comfy! I like the central air in the room....instead of the noisy wall units other hotels have. We had a suite. Loved having the separate living room. The breakfast was hot and good.

They were extremely pet friendly which is very important to us.

Everything was super convenient, quiet and and clean! Felt safe due to locked front doors. Great accommodations. Would definitely stay there again and planning to. Kickback is really nice.

Beautiful property and amazing helpful staff

I’m always nervous staying at hotels out of town because you just never know the conditions your walking into. So when we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a big hello from the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. We checked in late so the staff gave us food options in the area. That was helpful. We walk into our room AND IT WAS CLEAN!!!! Honestly the pictures on their website really do the room no justice!! Was very happy with everything.... Was just wishing the pool was bigger and had a hot tub. Biggest reason for that is I had 5 boys here, all wrestlers that were hoping to relax. 😁

If you are doing an event at the Xcel, you cannot get a better place. Valet parking, nice rooms with a view and walking distance to any cuisine or beverages you would like to try as well as basically across the street from the event center.

Heat in our room didn’t work so had to move to a different one otherwise the hotel was clean, pool great, staff friendly. GRE At location.

Amazing check-in, fast with great staff! Rooms and very clean and very comfortable. The only thing that could be changed is the desk top is very narrow, not leaving enough room to type on the laptop comfortably, but it is manageable. Large 60” or so TVs in the room. Great overall and highly recommend!!!

Staff was very professional and Friendly

Very nice room. Clean hotel. Great location…can use the skyway to access Target Center and Target Field without going outside. Hotel is secure. Staff helpful. Uber/taxi transportation is limited and expensive. Light rail was just a few blocks away, it was easy to use, but was not safe.

Front desk staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfy and we received a welcome goody bag. Very nice hotel for the money. Highly recommend.
