“Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.”

“Staff are good and accomodating. Parking is extra and paid another 400 pesos separately that is not mentioned upon booking. Room is smelly, no toilet tissue, must bring your own. Also, there electrical cords/wirings are visible and it has some safety concerns. Overall, all of these gaps must be mentioned upon booking so I can choose the right living space. Be transparent.”
