Locke de Santa Joana
Breakfast was bad. Eggs were old, mushrooms were cold, sausage had bones in it, I tried to order fried eggs and was told by a very rude waitress they could not make fried eggs. It was almost like we were an inconvenience to the restaurant staff. Front desk enployees were above and beyond hospitable. ...

We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Meliã - the staff were so kind and helpful, the restaurant and bar are our happy places every time we fly in and out of LIS, and we were given a room upgrade unasked. Simply a brilliant stay and we will be back! Obrigada e até próxima.
