“Hotel had contacted me and said they were moving us to an adjoining townhouse complex as our room was no longer available. Townhouse was mediocre. Older, no tv and air conditioning was intermittent. ”

“Fantastic hotel the staff were amazing friendly attentive , with a great sense of a family run hotel . Will definitely return , very close to Port cervo . Breakfast was great fresh fruit a variety of patisseries and cooked breakfast . Housekeeping were great a perfectly clean room before we arrived back after to breakfast . Thankyou so much for making our trip memorable”

“Nice hotel in Porto Cervo. 15 minutes to beautiful beaches. Professional and attentive staff. Older property but well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. There are no elevators so lots of stairs, but manageable.”

“It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. ”

“We left our towels on the floor before leaving the room in the morning, expecting them to be changed. However, when we returned in the evening, all the dirty towels had been hung back up on the racks as if they were clean. Unfortunately, we only realized they were still dirty after we had already used them to shower. When we went to the lobby to address this with the tall woman at the reception, she responded aggressively, stating, "It's not like you wash your towels every day at home." When we……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

Hotellet har ett trevligt poolområde med solstolar som är gratis. Lugnt läge och lugnt på hotellet. Lyhört i korridoren till rummet så vi vaknade flera gånger av gäster som stökade i korridorerna. Rikligt utbud till frukost. Trevlig restaurang mitt emot hotellet. Vi bokade parkering till hyrbilen på hotellet, kostar extra.”

“Our experience at the CPH Pevero was fantastic. It's a beautiful facility in the lovely Sardinian style, and in a fantastic location. Extremely clean in both the common areas and the room. The room was great, the breakfast was excellent and the staff could not have been nicer. The beach is easily accessible and the nice lifeguards are always happy to give you a ride in the golf cart. I have only good things to say about this place.”

“Ein sehr schönes kleines Bed and Breakfast, was alles bietet, was man benötigt. Die auf Expedia angegebene Entfernung zum Strand stimmt zwar nicht ganz, aber dennoch würde ich auf Sardinien immer wieder dieses Hotel nehmen.”
