“We paid over $4000 for our room and it was gorgeous. However the service in this hotel is way below the bar for the price range and the cliente it targets. With the execption of 1-2 stff member hardly anyone is fluent in English so it is very frustrating to communicate any allergies or speical needs. The staff has the fake smile and pilteness in their face but they act like they are forcing themselves ot smial at you. We had very seirous issues iwth gluten allergies. The first day we……

“We lived this place. It was in the perfect location to explore that end of Sardinia. The staff was so kind and helpful. Our room and the property was very clean. We were also able to check out, store our luggage, have a boat day, return and shower in time for our evening flight. I highly recommend this property.”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase.……

“Bra läge på hotellet. Litet torg med restauranger och butiker i närheten. Nära stranden, ca 200 meter. Solstolar på stranden kostar extra. Hotellet har ett trevligt poolområde med solstolar som är gratis. Lugnt läge och lugnt på hotellet. Lyhört i korridoren till rummet så vi vaknade flera gånger av gäster som stökade i korridorerna. Rikligt utbud till frukost. Trevlig restaurang mitt emot hotellet. Vi bokade parkering till hyrbilen på hotellet, kostar extra.”
