“Room was very damp and cold and couldn’t adjust it. Woman concierge was dishonest in trying to get me to rent a vehicle from her. Insisted there were no parking issues or crowds, when there are. Scared me about the cost of taxis and taking the bus. Told me the bus station was a short distance and it certainly wasn’t. Breakfast was okay but never was told that I could order an omelet or other specialty items until I was leaving. For the high cost of the room, I expected more breakfast……

“It's a nice place to stay but the location is remote. If you do not have a car it's expensive as there are no bus services and the taxis are very costly. If you need to organise a taxi before 10.30 am, there are no hotel reception staff available to support you with this requirement as the reception does not have full 24/7 cover. Those staff that are available are limited and only available to other job dedicated task services. I arrived on a Friday night around 9.30 pm and due to no reception……

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread.
