“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate……

“We spent 2 days at the garden pod. There are 3 of us - mum, dad and a teenager. We visited Swaffham for its attractions and sights as well as using it as a base to travel further around Norfolk - Wells, Thetford, Hunstanton. The hosts looked after us really well.”

The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb.”

“Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. Nearby Thai takeaway from local pub was very good. One……

“The house is wonderful for a large family celebration- masses of room - everything you could need for catering for a large group, and all the entertainment you could possibly need, with the games room, the fabulous garden with children’s play area, tennis court and a garden store with all the games - we made the most of everything and everyone enjoyed themselves. My first impressions the property is close to the main road, personally we felt it was over cluttered with ornaments which we were……

“This seasoned property was well-situated in a small village just across the pond from the local pub. It provided us with plenty of room for five adults and was a good home base for exploring some of the coastal areas of Norfolk. We loved the ability to have a fire in the fireplace each night. Our host, Ian, was very welcoming and helpful. While some of the appliances could stand to be updated, overall, we had a pleasant stay.”

“It was my 70th birthday on the 8th August. I thought it would be lovely to celebrate it with my family. 14 of us went -myself, husband, my 3 children and partners and my 6 grandchildren. There was plenty of space for us all. The house and garden were ideal. We all had a wonderful 3 days.”

“We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen.”

“Spacious, clean and well equipped, comfy beds and enough bathrooms to keep everyone happy. Really appreciated the board games for the day the weather was not so good. Really minor improvements would be pint glasses for the men, a long cable to make the snug room tv internet connected and for all the beds to be made up not just the number fir persons staying so we can chosewhi sleeps where (one of the singles didnt have sheets on presumably as we were 7 staying in an 8 berth cottage). Overall……

“We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing”

“The chapel is a beautifully converted property in a quiet village, well situated in the heart of the North Norfolk countryside and close to the coast. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped and the on-street parking is fine. We had an excellent break, made particularly memorable because we were blessed with beautiful warm and sunny weather.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, apartment was dirty, bugs in bed, bathroom fan full of dirt, mold in bathroom and bedroom, washing machine had slime in it. We moved to another hotel . The property manager refused to refund. DISGUSTING PLACE.”

“The house is massive, with 6 double bedrooms, very comfy beds, 3 bathrooms, nice toiletries and good size towels. The garden is beautiful, the kitchen is modern with everything you need. The only slight downside is that is is on the main road coming into Kings Lynn so you have constant traffic noise, however it is only a few minutes walk from the town centre, riverside and parks. Great house for a large group. The property managers are very helpful.”
