“This a very smart home, and designed for family fun. The swimming pool is heated to 30deg. and is a great attraction. The hardcourt tennis is full size and another bonus. The large gardens are beautiful and the walled garden doubles as a croquet lawn. There are bikes, football, table tennis and DVD player. “Great location across the street from the Wymondham Abbey. Very peaceful. No elevator/lift Room Was clean and comfortable: the kettle needs to be replaced my wife wouldn’t use it too much buildup on it. Shower: if you like a hot shower it only comes out with a trickle. Cold shower has a good flow. Bed it comfortably. No Air-conditioning ”

“Perfect place for our one night stop over when travelling through Norfolk. Exeptionally clean, friendly hosts and well stocked kitchen. Good tv, comfy bed. For a longer stay, we might have wanted to be more central. But a perfect place to travel out from by car.”
