"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all so friendly and helpful without exception. The location is great and our room exceeded our expectations. The pool was out of use during our visit but that was no fault of the hotel staff. We loved Brighton and would stay here again."

"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes. This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"The hotel was clean and we had a warm welcome at reception. The decor is dated, but signs suggest that the carpets would be replaced soon. Walking to Arundel was possible, but hampered by the area around the hotel not being pedestrian friendly."
