"Throughly enjoyed our stay here , host have the perfect set up and only a short distance to Hythe town centre which has a great deal to offer for food and drink . The property is well set up with everything you need inside and a private enclosed garden for our furry friend . Totally recommend great hosts great place great price great getaway ."

"I am not sure where to start...this was a great base from which to explore Southeast England. Beautiful flat with comfy beds overlooking a lovely garden and view of Hastings. I was a little worried with our 6 foot boys that they would struggle with the bunk beds but they had no issues.We found on street parking was always available. A small grocer around the corner is nice and laundry is not to far away."

"The property was everything I was looking for! The location, the view, the facilities were just as described & exactly what I wanted. I spent a long time looking on various sites before finding this but it was worth the effort! I was sad to leave and hope to return. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats."

"The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again."

"We had a wonderful stay at T's Beach House. It really is the perfect spot to relax and is spacious enough for all. There was a lovely little selection of toys for our little one to play with too. The beach is literally on the doorstep and sandy shores a short walk or 2 minute drive a way. Therese kept in contact and quickly answered any questions we had. We'd love to return."
