“When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be……

“Breakfast was very plentiful and tasty and the two for one happy he with cheese and biscuits was a pleasant surprise. Wasn’t aware we needed to pay £10 for parking however. Room very spacious but was feeezing. No hearing has been put on before our arrival and we had to sit in our coats for ages before it warmed up. Very good location for visiting town on foot ”

“The shower drainage was stuck, bath water was soaking up above my feet, it was very disgusting. The shower tap was difficult to use and had to use brutal force to turn on. I finally asked my wife to endure not to take bath on that night. carpet old and dirty. stairs very steep and narrow, room. door key is kind of toy that all rooms can use the sane key. the room door was difficult to shut and open, had to kick open and pull hardly to lock. the only reception man answered door very late……
