“Good location but very tired property. Staff mostly polite but not really engaged. Make you prepay for parking but do not care if there is no space to actually park. Toilet did not work and room servicing poor. Cooked breakfast and coffee was thankfully OK. Town itself is cute and best place to eat is the very popular Corn Mill, a 5 minute walk away from this property.”

“We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable.”

“A little bit tired: for example a very worn, saggy mattress on the bed and a shower that was adequate but no more. The staff were friendly but the hotel itself needs a refurb.”

“Hotel was really lovely! We just had a room which was on the top floor and asked if we could have another fan or the windows to be open more as it was so hot in there. Girl from the bar wrote it down and said she will speak to the general manager but she only works on the bar so couldn’t tell me an answer which was totally fine. She said she would come and tell us an answer however we never had a knock or heard anything which was really disappointing. Our sleep was awful as we were so hot, and……
