"Breakfast had a wide choice of options. The bed was really comfortable and warm. Internet access was very good. The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there. "

"Easy check in. Nice on arrival to be able to have a meal in there resturant, before being shown to our room. Room was bright and clean. Room 4 was facing the main road but with window shut no traffic sound so had a good nights sleep. Would stay here again if in this area. "

"Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended. We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was scrummy. Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel. Would definitely recommend 😊"

"Wasnt clear how to check in, but rung in the morning and was advised to call to pub for room card. The room was very clean, and well presented. Can see they are looked after. Nice walk in shower with 2 separate heads. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Bed was very comfortable and made for a great night sleep. The food served at the Pen Y Cae was amazing and all the staff we encountered throughout our stay were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much bother for them. "

"The property was brilliant, and the same for both Mick and Kay; they put on an amazing breakfast, which was really appreciated. The cleanliness was important, including the power of the shower; it was brilliant. New Quay was a stone's throw away, which really put the icing on the cake. "

"Very spacious, clean room and bathroom with a comfortable bed. This was a great space to sleep before setting out each day to explore the area. Amazing view from the room. The breakfast was lovely. The owners, Bob and Olha were extremely kind and friendly. The property has a beautiful garden and one afternoon when we decided to explore it, we caught Bob and Olha working on their new pool project. Apparently it is going to be a great place where guests can relax and have a picnic. We will definitely return in the future. "

"We had a lovely weekend away at this Inn. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice thick curtains that kept out most of the light. Powerful shower. We had a couple of meals and the food was excellent. Breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our car and they let us stay longer in the room whilst we waited for the RAC. Would stay there again if I was in the area."

"We stayed for one night & chose the larger room when we booked so had plenty of space. Loved the decor & ordered the waterfall prints that were in the room when we got home to remind us of the waterfalls. Room did get hot (very warm weather when we stayed) but there was a fan & we probably hadn't got the velux windows open as far as they could go. Booked a table when we booked in & had a very enjoyable evening meal."
