“we were welcomed at reception by a very friendly and helpful staff member who explained everything regarding our bed and breakfast stay. Very interesting old hotel with period features, surprisingly quiet, immaculate room, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and all toiletries. Fantastic service at breakfast with huge choice of food and we also had a fabulous evening meal. Again, I cannot praise all the staff for their attentive service. I will return as soon as i can. Free parking on site, lovely……

“Cardigan bay holiday park is a nice well kept place, it is walking distance from the beach ( poppet sands) lovely beach, staff on the site were very helpful our greeting was first class told about the site and if we had any enquiries they be happy to help, also the food was very nice in the bar.”

“We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. Penbontbren ticked all the boxes, the suites are lovely, an old barn conversion, our suite……

“Beautiful converted barn..very comfortable beds and bathroom facilities that are far better and classier than some hotels i have stayed in.. Wenda and Brian ,the perfect hosts,making us feel very welcome with nothing too much trouble Great Location..within easy reach of the main A487 to give us access to the many resorts and beautiful beaches on the Ceridigion coast.. would thoroughly recommend as a long or short break..Dog friendly as our dog was as chilled as we were..!! Very relaxing……

“Glangwili Mansion is a beautiful upmarket B&B, quite as good as all the previous reviews have rated it. The owners, George and Linda (and their friendly dog Willow), were welcoming and friendly and great at making suggestions of places to visit and places to eat. There is a great pub nearby and an excellent restaurant a little further away - for Londoners a meal to match anything in the city for half the price. George and Linda could not have been more helpful, phoning a local GP and arranged……
