“The Mansion House was a very pleasant place to spend our few days in South Wales. The hotel and grounds were kept beautifully and the views over the estuary are just stunning .Breakfasting and dining were of a high standard and from our experience of 5* hotels , deserving of their rating. Our room was very pleasant ,though a “proper”wardrobe would have been appreciated. Staff were very helpful and professional though if we were to mention one thing which we found a little odd ,was one female……

The owners are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the local area and the staff were really lovely. The house is beautifully preserved through time and retains its original features, which have been lovingly maintained. The rooms overlook a picturesque countryside and exude a peaceful atmosphere. “LLWYN Country House is tucked away and down a little lane offering a peaceful stay and close to so many amenities and recreational facilities. Ideally situated for sporting events in Llanelli, the Millenium coastal path , Pembrey Sands, the Gower peninsula and the Carmarthenshire coastline. We received a very warm welcome and a wonderful evening meal and breakfast. Marius is an excellent host and chef and strives for quality. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return in the future.”

“The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.”
