Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing.The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room.”

“Plenty of Parking-Nice outside area to sit and have a drink. Executive Rooms have very large room and bathroom with jacuzzi bath & walk in Shower. No A/C,Fridge or Safe !! Room 17 located over the Lounge so quite noisy when Function on. Spa good but only a Plunge Pool plus Jacuzzi,Steam and Sauna facilities. Breakfast over priced.”

“The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The facilities were a great bonus, and the breakfast was very nice. The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room were good. There were just a few minor issues. There weren't enough plug sockets, which was a slight inconvenience. The mirror light in the bathroom appeared to be stuck on, making the bathroom feel extremely hot, almost like a sauna. The bedside lamps also didn't work properly and just flickered. I'm mentioning the above as...

“The Hotel has parking first come first serve very Narrow drive through alley. Does not have a dessert menu this is done by staff telling you whats on the menu it also does not have a wine list this is very limited. ”

“Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.”

“On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning. Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed”
