“Convenient location, clean apartment and friendly staff. I imagine it would suit a small family on a skiing holiday. As it were we only wanted to spend a comfortable night there and this place is not ideal for that. We had to find bedding and towels stored elsewhere in the building and made up our bed that in turn gave us an uncomfortable, restless night. “Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience.
The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.
