“Gave us a non smoking room by accident then tried making us pay a cleaning fee cause of their accident. Both rooms showers didn't work first room the tv didn't work and had no hot water from tap in tub or sink. Second room shower head didn't work and outside the back door were a bunch of squished eggs with dead birds in them and smelt like chlorine whole time both nights we were in it . Staff was alright and breakfast food could have been cooked a little longer ”
