“Wonderful stay! The home was very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. Customer service was excellent, and the instructions for both check-in and check-out were clear and simple to follow. The price was excellent for the quality of the stay. “This place was a great place to stay while visiting Waterton Lakes. About 30 minute drive from there and 10 minutes into Cardston. Very clean, had a lot of room and was well appointed with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, etc. Communication with host was easy. Saw plenty of deer during our stay; and good Mountain View’s. “Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and an excellent location within easy reach of Canmore. Our rooms were extremely clean, as was the property as a whole. We also appreciated the dedicated outdoor barbecue area. The indoor parking is a particular bonus and would make this an especially attractive option for a return visit in winter. “Fantastic location for a rural family to experience the city. The condo was clean and more room than expected. We enjoyed the roof top views of the city including the Calgary tower. The games room with the pool table was fun for my kids and I. We left our truck parked in the underground the whole time and walked for shopping and used the C train for our zoo trip which was very easy and convenient. Next time we will take better advantage of the C train. No noise from the neighbouring units. Only……

“Even before we even checked in, the host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our arrival. He was just as thoughtful and responsive throughout our stay and when we were leaving. Everything was great, the place was clean, organized, and in a very nice neighborhood, with plenty of convenient options nearby. We used it as our base for visiting Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise and Moraine Lake, and the location was perfect since it’s close to the west exit of the city. Our……

“Once we were able to get into the building, things were better. I written directions to get entry into the building was missing some critical details, such as including a # after the code and to use the key pad furthest to the right. Check in took about 45 minutes and two phone calls and one message to the unit owner. The phone message was in French and we are English speaking. Otherwise, the property was comfortable, spacious and clean. It was in a great location and had secure parking.”
