“Place was filthy, like disgusting. Hair in the shower, 3 random pills on the floor, leak happening in the spare bathroom the whole time, making it impossible to sleep in the 2nd room, no cable, bathroom was filthy. Checkout is impossible to do, you need to bring the fob down to the garage to get out and then park on a street that has NO PARKING to take the fob all the way back up to the room before you Can leave, complete misleading property. Then after all this 0 offering of discount or……

“Awesome! Just was not as shown in the pics , One pic on the description was a pic of the River , as why we picked the unit . Once inside we seen deck was looking downtown over an alley .But still was a awesome unit . ”

“Great location and nice place! The accommodations were great, it was nice and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, spices... everything we needed to cook a few times. The location was great - walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, walking trails by the river. The instructions for check-in and check-out were nice and clear. We had an issue with the door code not working and were able to call the office and they opened the door and fixed the issue right……

“The 2-bedroom condo was bright, clean, quiet and spacious enough for two of us. Interesting views of the Stampede grounds and within walking distance of a lovely market and downtown Calgary. Instructions were clear. We would gladly stay here again!”

“Fab stay in the Studios. Communications with Lisa were timely and she emailed when mentioned we couldn't Text. Studios themselves are a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Banff, a 5 minute walk to bus stops for Banff gondola. 5 minutes also to Banff Springs hotel if you fancy a posh meal or cocktail (or even just nose around!) There is easy parking at the studio too. Room and decking were as pictured -with lots of useful touches. Plentiful towels, umbrellas to borrow, a coat stand, lots of charging……
