“The place was very nice and clean. The bathroom was kind of small but acceptable and a very nice bed, which is why we went with someone besides who we were gonna go with originally.”

“This is a great alt location to stay in for visiting Capital Reef. Slow lil town. However, no where to eat, so need to grab a bite at the neighboring town of Torrey before settling in. I think the property is only a year or two old, so everything is new and nice.”

“Everything about the tiny house was great. The only "problem" is that the clock on the stove is very bright, so make sure you have a bag or cooler that you can place in front of it. We will definitely stay there again when we return to explore Capitol Reef more thoroughly.”

“This is very good value property to stay at if you are visiting Capitol Reef (and you should!). Room is fine for a couple of nights. Best features however are games room, laundry, and chickens. Highly recommended if you need to balance the budget after more expensive accommodation elsewhere”

“Location for our trip visiting the Mighty 5 was convenient. The studio space was perfect for my husband and I. We did not stop to buy groceries for our one night stay. We walked across the road and ordered a pizza.”

“Clean, loved the turkeys and chickens, spacious. Several arteries within walking distance. And 10 minutes from Capitol Reef which is the reason we were there ”
