FANTASTIC. Clean, comfortable bed and bedding. Staff super nice. Breakfast was an added bonus. We were only there for 5 hours, but it was a very much welcomed stop in a long road trip journey! Would highly recommend and will stay there again!

When we arrived we had issues checking in. It appeared they did not have a room for us and had to try to find one in the spur of the moment. The room appeared to be great until.......you got in the bathroom! Whoever was supposed to finish the bathroom apparently forgot to bring a caulking gun when they "finished" the bathroom. The toilet was not sealed to the floor. When you set down and got up that baby went with you! The next morning my 67 year old cousin was brushing her teeth when the front of the vanity fell off and landed on her foot🙄 I went down and told the front desk. We were out of the room all day until that evening but no one had fixed anything all day. They did offer to move us that night but we were tired, her foot was sll bruised up so we did not want to move everything to a different floor and we had to be up at 5:00am to go to the airport. I made sure the desk clerk that evening came up to the room sad took pictures of it all. She explained that in the morning they would discuss reimbursement allowance. When I checked out that clerk seemed to have no idea what I was talking about so I guess the message was not passed on. Staff was polite but it seemed there was no communication and no one was available to help them fix any of the problems. Hotel was clean but I am assuming we were possibly put in a room that had not been finished and checked because of the original room being given to other customers. It was wild! 🙄

I was booked into a room for one night that the sink was broke no running water. Yes, very inconvenient. The front desk manager Anquarius said they would give me a discount. No sure how that would work.
