"We did not eat the breakfast as we were just there so we could get in a very early flight. Parking was good. We were able to keep our car there while we were out of the country for $5 a day. Our car was safe and we had no issues. Staff was all very nice and our rooms were clean and comfortable!"

"Checked into a room, it was very run down. The toilet wouldn't flush, because the chain to the tank plunger was gone, and a shoelace was in place. But loose. Light had one light bulb in all 4 lamps. Then the bathroom flooded; from the person upstairs. Soaked one of my bags i had in there; ruined about $100 worth of toiletries and meds. Called the front desk 5 times; no answer. Go down to the front desk, stand there for 15 minutes before someone showed up. He comes to inspect, and just switched me rooms. Didnt offer me a refund also, no comped nights, nothing. So i had to go to the laundromat to wash and dry my bag that got wet. I sent a message through the app, requesting compensation for my ruined property, no response. 10/10 dont stay here. Unless you like staying in run down hotels, with terrible customer service"

"Newly remodeled and updated. One of the light fixtures didn’t work in the bathroom, which was annoying. Also the back door wouldn’t work with key cards. The person at the front desk ran over when they could hear us trying to get in. Would totally stay again."

"The room and the building in general are in terrible condition and the staff make little effort to keep tbe building clean. For our room in particular, our TV didn't work the entire time we stayed and the front desk tried to fix then said they would have someone out ASAP to look at it. Nobody ever did show up. Smoke detector was covered in trash bag, handle on the window was completely broken off and left on the window sill, the outlet plate covers were almost all broken, one of the sinks was broken, there were splashes of an unknown liquid dried to the walls and the main door, no way to lock the door, the pool is closed permanently, despite there being signage advertising the pool, stains all over the carpet/towels/ceiling/ walls, numerous burn marks throughout the room on walls and carpets, huge hairball left in the drain of the bathtub, etc. Staff was very rude anytime we politely tried to bring up our concerns or ask for help in fixing things. Breakfast on day 1, the guy told us they did not serve waffles anymore even though the waffle maker was still on the counter, so your only options were cold cereal, toast or bagels. You could also have a yogurt. Day 2 with breakfast, there was a different person at the front desk and they had the waffle maker set up and going as well as the stuff to make the waffles. We stayed here about 2 years ago and had a great experience, so that is why we chose to go back, but we will not be returning. This place was absolutely terrible. "
