"This hotel was awful. When checking in, was tild that they wouldn't accept a debit card only a credit card. Which was not posted anywhere. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, and bad odor. We asked to be moved and was told they couldnt do it. When we asked where a certain place was, a place that most likely everyone who lives there should know, he had no clue and didnt care either. I tend to be a gracious guest as I used to work as a hotel manager and I know the issues that arrive, this was just not acceptable."

"The front desk staff in the evening time were so accommodating and very nice! Those were the only ones I had any contact with during my stay."
