The hotel cancelled my booking w/o notification

The hotel cancelled my booking without notification. I called the hotel and they promised me to give me full refund and now they charged me full fare, without giving me a room and not giving me a refund. This is a totally non-sense.

not bad

Helpful staff. The apartment is about 15 mins walk from the office. Nice balcony view (London eye in a distance) but slightly noisy with railway and ambulance in the evening. Bed is too soft. Other than that it is a good choice with such price in London.

TERRIBLE

This apartment was terrible. Didn’t look anything like the pictures. A lot of things in the apartment were damaged, it had an awful smell. We found objects from previous stays. Overall I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway

Fine, but could have been better.

The wifi was down when I arrived, the washer/dryer combo didn't have instructions and it ended up taking 23 hours to get my clothes out of the locked machine, and while the heater was said to be "off" in all rooms, heat poured out of the washer room (maybe from the water heater? or some other appliance?) heating up the entire place and making it difficult to sleep at night. The stay could have been better.

The price of the place is good, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However it is rental apartment, so there is not much services compared to the hotel. The location of the apartment I got is not the same as the one posted online. From the check-in real estate office, there is quite some walk to this location. And this location is no very close to underground stations. Only some bus stops nearby. There is no room service at this apartment, but if you have any requests you can call the service number for help. Overall it is fair place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of problems with the internet and the washing machine that were addressed immediately and quickly resolved. The apartment felt safe and secure. We enjoyed restaurants that were an easy walk from the apartment. The Thames was a block away.
