5/5 Excellent

great london apartment with balcony and view of the gerkin
booking process was great, anthony was very patient with me as I had some technology issues, great location, close to tower hill and aldgate metros, jean -michelle and calum were most helpful at the desk, we were very comfortable in the apartment, had every thing we needed and did get to enjoy the balcony a bit when weather permitted. loved having the washer/dryer, and was great place to relax after a busy day. had great meals at the crutched friar and chesshire cheese pubs nearby, as well as breakfast at the flock and natural kitchen. also dinner at bravas near the docks.

5/5 Excellent

Central location and quiet
Stayed for three nights. Subway station right next door. Concierge staff very friendly. I would stay there again.

Anthony, thank you so much - what an amazing stay! Marilee Combs
Wonderful stay - great flat and amazing views from it. Everything you need and very comfortable. John Pierre helped it as well, what a informative nice person.

3/5 Okay

Tower Hill Apartment - Close to tube - average place - quiet building
Just okay.... Pros: 1 minute walk to Tower Hill Tube station, quiet neighborhood and building. Lots of room in apartment. It was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Cons: Right away we were shown a broken sliding closet mirror door in the bathroom and asked to be careful with it. Also shown a broken widow asked not to use it. Furniture is old- just okay- looks better in the pictures. Bed comfort is okay- mattress seems to be old and has indents- pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We had no desire to hang out in the apartment. Basically slept and showered. Washer/dryer combo is a joke. Took 2 hours to do a load of laundry (super small load) Clothes were still completely damp they had to be air dried. I had told Anthony myself and adult daughter would be staying there. No bedding for the sofa sleeper was provided because "There were not 3 people" I was told once we realized we could not find the bedding our first night. Anthony was cordial, I would say the info he provides is screen shots from online. Nothing helpful or special. Best thing going for this place is location to tube station. Would not book this place again. We get something nicer and closer in the city.

5/5 Excellent

perfect location
Apart from the calcified shower head, and resulting water flow issue this place was great and I would recommend it to anyone. New, clean, convenient, a great place to stay. I would book it again.
