Så selvom stedet så pænt ud, var der mange småting der gjorde opholdet skuffende, især fordi manageren efterfølgende har været total ligeglade med vores klage (selvom de fik det at vide mens vi opholdte os i London). Desuden er stedet svært at finde. Vi blev lovet at der ville stå en og vente på os, men det gjorde der ikke. Not only was the apartment very dirty (layers of dust on all furniture and piles of dust in the corners, nasty bathroom) but the free wifi, that was one of the reasons we chose London RJ apartment, wasn’t working. I reported these two things immediately at arrival but no actions were taken to fix the problem. We had to clean the really nasty apartment ourselves. No elevators so you must be able to walk up a couple flights of stairs. The room I had was a spacious one bed room apartment with full kitchen and living room. This would be ideal for longer stays since you can set up home base and stock the fridge rather than have to eat out all the time. Wifi was included and worked well.
