Liked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
Key must be collected and returned to a shop several blocks away — very inconvenient. A keybox on site would be better, and the ability to leave the keys in the flat on checkout (vs having to return them a shop — again, highly inconvenient). The apartment is a walk up, three floors up, not ideal if you have heavy cases. The location is nice. The apartment is attractive. But, the hosts should have a book of instructions in the apartment. It was impossible to figure out how to get the water heater to work, it was set to 20C and on a schedule I couldn't change. Cold showers for 2 days - not nice at all.
