Easy walj to the Richmond District line & very safe neighborhood. Grocery stores nearby and kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make your own meals. Everything felt like home, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We loved being able to relax here after a long day of sightseeing. Three short-comings in descending order of significance. First, the mattress in the master bedroom needs replacing. The left side slopes down making one feel like one will fall off the bed. Two, the sofa and chair in the main room needs to be updated. Seats and cushions offer little support and it feels you are falling forward. Three, should provide more than one tea towel for drying the dishes. (Yes - a small criticism, but so easy to address.) ##### John I. Bek and her property manager are both very responsive. The flat was very clean. The location can’t be beat...easy walking distance to all the best parts of Richmond.
