We highly recommend the Fox of you're looking for somewhere to stay in West London. We stayed for two nights visiting relatives, then stayed for three more nights a couple of weeks later on our way back to Heathrow and then home. The apartment has a full kitchen, including a washing machine, iron and board, and clothes airer. It is very quiet, even though it's above a popular pub. The location is great, especially if you've the time, and inclination to enjoy a walk along the canal, and marvel at the Hanwell flight of locks. Just one word of warning: Access to the apartment is via an external fire escape, and this makes it unsuitable for anyone who'd find it difficult to carry large cases up a steep, narrow, staircase. (This said, we'd be very surprised if the Fox's excellent staff wouldn't willingly provide assistance). PS The pub's excellent too!

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I had lost my Hermes bracelet in the bedroom of the apartment. I went back 20 mins after checking out and it had disappeared. I have contacted this establishment asking multiple times and have been met with no response or resolution I don’t believe it is lost but stolen from one of the cleaners be aware.
