“The house was perfect for our family. It was very easy to get inside and everything was super clean. The street was very quiet and the sidewalks were great for evening walks. Highly recommend if staying in the Newnan area.”

“Our wife and I enjoyed our three day and tonight we can stay. We were looking for a place where we could just relax and have no commitments or schedules. Department met our needs. It is a basement apartment but nicely decorated. We would’ve enjoyed having a fan or being able to turn the air condition down to make it cooler but overall it was a wonderful weekend.”

“We had an amazing stay at this house. It was the perfect size and location for our family. The pool and access to a small lake was amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for our family. The ONLY complaint I have is that the kitchen didn't have much by way of cooking for 12 people. There was one spatchula, one ladle type spoon, no knives for cutting meat, no cutting boards or colander, there was one small casserole dish and no utensils for cooking on the grill. I……

“This home & property were beautiful. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet—just what my family needed. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of five. It was well-stocked with plenty of cups, bowls, plates, and silverware. If you plan on doing a lot of cooking, I’d recommend bringing some disposable bakeware. There were also plenty of household essentials provided—paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and cleaning supplies. Just be sure to pack your own……

“My schedule didn't allow me to stay as long as I wanted at this property, however, that did not make the experience any less. The house is great, had everything I needed and the listing was accurate. Melissa was wonderful to work with and available for any of my needs (which I hard had any). Easy access to downtown Newnan. If the property were available I would have extended my stay vs. moving to another one of Melissa's properties (!)”
