“This house was a real charmer . It was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay in while we visited my family for a week. We could be happier with our selection . The description of Grandma’s house was perfect, it felt like family . We loved it . ”

“Beautiful place. Everything you need plus, for a wonderful get a way. We came for a wedding at Zinzer venue, close 10 minutes away. Everything close you need, but place is on a quiet deadend street. Couple are wonderful host. Thank you guys.”

“...and then some. My family and I had such a memorable stay. Every inch of the home was packed with the sights, sounds and smells of our childhood. The house is cozy, comfortable and immaculate. One note: there is only one ac unit but plenty of fans were provided. Melanie is a very gracious host and accessible. The location was perfect for our weekend activities but honestly the best times were spent in the house, taking it all in and hours on chatting on the porch. We will definitely return!”

“We had a very relaxing 3 day stay! We were celebrating a late Christmas with our daughter and grandson. It was the perfect set-up for us. The view from the back porch was beautiful. We will be back! Looking to make reservations for the future! ”

“We came from TN for the football game. House was located in a nice neighborhood about 20-30 mins away from the stadium. Very clean and loved that we weren't expected to do the dishes, laundry, trash while there like most VRBO places require! Would stay again if in the area. ”

“House is well styled and very clean. Only bathroom is accessed theough a bedroom upstairs. Not enough towels for 6 people. No amenities as I've found in previous rentals such as no: hair dryer, shampoo, shower soap. Not enough linens for 6 people to sleep. Pull out couch, but no sheets or blankets. Bed upstairs had no sheets. No extra pillows. Difficulty with lock/access and local contatct info was incorrect/disconnected owner was very helpful when I did reach her by email and rental company was...
