"I called when I made my reservation to make sure their pool was running they assured me it was 5 days prior to my arrival when I got there the pool was down for maintenance I feel they could have told me that is the only reason why I went there the receptionist was not in a good mood the breakfast was terrible they have really gone down in my opinion the only good thing I encountered was the breakfast lady named Martha she was absolutely the nicest one there ! God bless you Martha "

"Breakfast was great, good variety and tasted fresh. Rooms were clean and plenty of towels. The hottub could've been a lil warmer, the water temp was lukewarm. Other than that, great hotel! "

"The facility is in terrible condition and though the staff did what they could, it could not make up for the non-functional hair dryer, broken screen, hole in the door, non-functional outlets and lights"

"Their pool and gym are being remodeled and are NOT open. There's no notice of this before you make reservation. The breakfast bar was out of milk on Saturday & would not be replenished until Tuesday despite a walmart next door so no cereal, boiled eggs or yogurt. Only available items were the not so great hot items. Pancake station...also down. Lots of daytime construction on our floor."

"Parking was good. Check in was easy. Breakfast was average. Chain restaurants in the area. Right off of 79 so easy on and off for travel"

"Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing."

"Property is great service great. Wish the honeymoon suite was a smoking room and having to be quiet after 10 is kind of childish when your in a honeymoon suite you know people are going to be noisy I wanted to blast my music lol. Other than that I love Jefferson hills motel"
