"A very basic motel, but it was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Small fridge and microwave. Much better in price than other properties near Bryce Canyon National Park where we went for hiking. The difference in price was worh the 25 minute drive."

"The room was nothing special, but clean. Good parking, right off the main highway. Some highway noise, but not too bad. There's a café/convenience store in an adjacent building, which is nice. Lunch/dinner menu looked good; I had breakfast (pancakes/eggs) which was decent."

"Clean, great location to fish the best spots of the lake and see tons of deer and antelope. Perfect for 2 adults and 2-3 kids. Or 3 adults and 2-3 kids. Good parking for 2-3 cars, and we had 2. Well stocked kitchen, full sized refrigerator, range, microwave. Dishwasher and laundry are game changers. Kids loved the movie selections. Host was super responsive. Will return for sure. "

The home was immaculately clean and easily the most well-stocked rental we have ever experienced—everything we needed (and more) was thoughtfully provided.After long days exploring Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Kanab area, this was the perfect place to come back to relax and recharge. The setting is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. One of our favorite touches was the mule deer that visited several times—it really added to the charm of the location.We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped home base while exploring all the incredible sights in the area.
