“My husband and I LOVED this stay. The river was lovely and the deer, cows and calves all greeted us as we drove to the cabin. We were the only ones there for a while and honestly, I just pretended like I was finally on my own little ranch. Even though the first day was super cold, the barn was welcoming and warm. We played horse shoes, and sat and rocked for a while and watched the animals surround us and thanked the lord for creating such a wonderful place. We brought our own snacks and coffee……

“This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. It was easy to find and not far off the main road yet away from distractions of the world. There is a near by atv trail and it just a short drive to Bryce Canyon. It has a beautiful Kitchen but it is sparsely supplied, bring all you need even spices. The beds are fine. There isn't adequate seating, you may want to bring a lawn chair.The host is quick to communicate and expectations are clear.”

“This property was amazing! From beginning to end, very accommodating. The host provided everything we needed to have a perfect vacation. My children enjoyed every part of it, from the sleeping areas to the game room, bonfire and hot tube. I would definitely book this property again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at The Riv at Zion! The room was modern, clean, and cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We also loved the complimentary gift basket with snacks. It was such a thoughtful touch! The location was great, about a 20-minute drive from Zion National Park, and we really appreciated how quiet and peaceful the area was.
