"First of all the photos led us to expect chairs to sit outside enjoying the views of the surrounding scenery, our room looked out on stairs ! Check in was difficult with room access being handled through text messages, this doesn't work well for overseas visitors. There was rarely anyone on site and the minimal supplies were rarely replenished, e.g. no coffee available for the machine in reception in the morning. We were led to believe there would be some sort of grab and go breakfast but there wasn't. Room was comfortable and the decor was pristine throughout. There was building work at the adjacent restaurant with noise from early morning. It's very handy from Zion with the shuttle to the visitor centre."

"Great little hotel. Has a indoor pool & hot tub, Rooms where updated and clean & I must say the breakfast was the best I have had in a while. Also loved the QR code for tipping, I don't carry much cash these days and feel guilty when I don't leave one, hope that catches on. I'll be back later in the season, want to get the hot tub suite on my next visit"

"The worst experience ever. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, at 5pm was told the room is still not ready. We had to sit in the lobby until the room was “ready” The front desk said she couldn’t even “call” us when the room was ready and we had to come back and check. She couldn’t even put us in another room, because it didn’t comp what we paid… Eventually cleaning crew said they are no longer cleaning and our room wouldn’t be ready. Front desk eventually put us in a ADA room. We asked for a bottom floor room, due to traveling with luggage and she put us on a second floor. The reasoning was it was close to an elevator. Room was dirty. Found hairs on the bed and toilet. Will attach photos! At this point , we were just happy to get a room. checked out at 8am … and no food at breakfast. No coffee, no plates….. like why even advertise it. When we checked out the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine didn’t work. What a jinx By the way we were traveling with a newborn, paid extra for the bassinet + 1 person. Couldn’t be any worse of an experience. I’ve never written a review, but this experience calls for it. "We stayed in the one bedroom studio with kitchen and we loved the room because the living area was spacious and room was clean. The kitchen had all the simple amenities you need. The only thing I wish we knew was that the rooms did not have AC and it was super warm 78 degrees in room but it felt hotter. We had staff turn the pilot off on fireplace too because even with it off the pilot was emitting heat and the windows don’t open all the way. There was a fan in room which was nice but when we requested for another box fan, we did not use it. It was filthy. Not sure if it was dirt or mold. The staff was nice and when we needed to request towels or help, they came quick. The other downside is if you are staying in building 2 or 3 you have to walk to building one to use the pool, coffee shop, gift shop. They are not connected. "

"The elevator was out of order, yet we were initially given a room on the 4th floor even though the staff was aware that it wasn’t working. That would have meant carrying our luggage up several flights of stairs. Thankfully, another staff member assisted us and moved us to a room on the 2nd floor."
