This comfortably spacious open concept floor plan is well designed with 9' ceilings, easy-care flooring and ...living, dining and kitchen on the main floor, and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs for privacy and comfort. NO PETS / NO SMOKING. The property is quiet, but close to everything you would want for a get-away. Longboat Key is close to Sarasota and world renowned St. Armand's Circle. If you don't need to be on the beach, this works.The place is well appointed from the kitchen to the bath-everything we needed. It's walkable to two of LBK's best restaurants- Harry's and Euphemia Hay. There is a nice big pool where lots of people swim laps. The resort was particularly uncrowded and quiet. I only have two quibbles- the lanai overlooks a "canal" that is full of scum- not pretty. The rental agent did not respond to several phone calls requesting that the fridge water filter be replaced.
