“We loved this cabin. Very off grid and rustic. Owners were extremely nice and made sure we didnt have any issues. ”

“Space was great no place to put clothes away. Bedrooms were great size. Enjoyed the FANTASTIC VIEW was quite. Took all 4 dogs had a GREAT TIME. Can't wait to go back with friends next year. Found a little Mercantile called McCarty for dinner & some items we needed. GREAT FAMILY TIME LOVED IT.”

“The cottage is really clean and decorated with a nice mountains theme. It’s a little small inside, but has lots of space outside to roam around, and the koi pond is relaxing to hang out by. The owners are very attentive to your needs and respond quickly to any issues. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been some footrests to go with the porch chairs. We will be back! ”

“Beautiful cabin. Not huge, but not too small either. Very clean and well-maintained. Property is quiet and secluded, but also very close to Rickett's Glen, country store and variety of dinner options. Try the fish and chips at Crooked Creek. 10/10! Burger and waffle fries were fantastic also. Had to cut our trip short but will be coming back soon. And Jeff, the host, is a pleasure to deal with. ”

The transfer station for trash disposal is conveniently located within a couple of miles”

We had some leftovers and there wasnt anything to put it in or wrap it with like saran wrap or a baggie or tin foil and we looked for a lighter for a fire but found a small book of matches. We LOVED the cute little coffee bar that was set up. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable and close to Ricketts Glen State Park. ”

“We loved our stay! The house is tucked away in the woods, making it a peaceful and relaxing retreat. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the décor had a nice mix of old and modern touches that gave it character with every amenity needed. Such a lovely spot for a quiet getaway.”

“Clean and comfortable in a very tranquil setting!”

“Prefect for a weekend away! The shack had everything we needed. The loft bedroom was a hit for our 7 year old. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of blankets. We were able to walk into town and also explored the old rail lines. West side deli was prefect to sit outside and eat lunch. Quick drive to Loyalsock for hiking. Make sure you pack warm, it gets chilly! Deck was great for a cup of coffee in the morning. Really a cool little spot especially if anyone in your family loves trains. ”

“The cabin's floor plan is open and well-conceived, ideal for our party of 3 adults and two children. The grandkids had a blast exploring the banks of Loyalsock Creek. The property's location was perfect for excursions to World's End State Park and the Sullivan County Fair. I have a feeling that a return trip is in our future. ”

“Feels like a big tree house. I stayed with my four teen/adult children and it was a comfortable size for us, with two in the first-floor bedroom, two in the loft, and one in the basement bedroom. Cute, clean kitchen, roomy bathroom with a good shower, gorgeous main living space. Nice selection of game options indoors as well as outdoors (we loved the big tree swing and archery, had fun trying the zip line but it needs repair). So many lovely little rooms and spaces to sit and relax both inside……
