Good staff ...clean room .. Great price and location

Comfy beds but shower door track had black mold. The restaurant had subpar food and found multiple long hairs in our food. Breakfast was also not very good as the fruit was starting to go bad and the waitress kept forgetting things from our order. The pool was small and crowded but still fun for smaller kids. The entire pool had a very strong chlorine smell and eyes burned, especially in the hot tub.

Enjoyed the Fairmont Gold Experience. Gold Lounge was closed for renovations on our last day, but the hotel took great care of us in the restaurant for breakfast. We will be back.

The rooms are outdated. The beds are very uncomfortable, the springs in the mattress are easily felt. The window in our room was broken. I was unaware I had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot.

Good location, staff was fabulous. Rooms were dated and could use an upgrade. Parking was close but not as convenient as other places I have stayed. Was nice to have the ability to walk indoors underground to shops and restaurants
