I called That day we’re driving from San Francisco and I got a flat tire. I told him I couldn’t make it. I asked if it was OK to switch the date since I was going to LA the next couple days nothing no refund they didn’t change the date. I just wasted $200 on the room I didn’t even sleep in

My grandmother use to say, "People see you before they hear you." On arrival, I noticed bottles and other trash throughout the parking lot, the front entrance windows and doors were visible unkept, and the front desk staff's uniforms were not kept in a manner that says, I take pride in what I do. Other than a few Old Man gripes, the stay was pleasant.

I was very impressed with this hotel the employees that work the front desk are all Friendly and professional they greet you when you enter the hotel and willing to help you with any questions. We checked in late at night so we were exhausted when we got there the carpet in our room was soaking wet and then the AC went out ten minutes after we got to our room. So i called the front desk asking for a new room. She said they'll be up right away to get us new room keys. We waited over a half hour and then tried to call but no one answered. So we had to go downstairs to ask them. There was no one in the lobby so they weren't busy, but when i told him the situation they he didn't apologize or even give an excuse on why they lied about bringing up the keys. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We've stayed here before, but this was our last time
