Overall nice property it's an old hotel updated. No real amenities, the breakfast is basic and could be a lot better. The AC unit does make a lot of noise. Other than that nice area in Santa Monica, very quiet. Need a car then easy to get around.

The absolute quest l worst stay I've had in years. Paper thin walls, noisy street and zero consideration by staff to help. No one even answered the front desk phone on multiple occasions.

Bed was very comfortable. My hips and low back tend to hurt with stiffer beds, but this bed was one of the best I’ve slept on at a hotel. Quiet room and I appreciate the doors are within a hallway and not exterior facing. Breakfast was a basic continental spread. Good value for price paid
